The Castelli Squadra Stretch cycling jacket blocks out the wind on chilly rides or long descents; the stretch fabric inserts ensure that the jacket fits closely to your body and prevents the fabric from flapping.
The inserts on the sides and sleeves are made of a very stretchy yet tight fabric, so we could give the jacket a modern, close-to-body fit for an aerodynamic advantage on any terrain.
We kept it very compact so it could be tucked away in a tiny corner of a shirt pocket.
The stretch fabric inserts got a special water repellent treatment, which helps when there is light fog, but this jacket is not meant to be a real rain jacket.
