Piermont Bicycle Connection strives to provide accurate service and pricing information, but inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in relation to product descriptions, pricing and availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order). In the event that pricing is mispriced or misrepresented on an item, you have already ordered, Piermont BIcycle Connection may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Please note that because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact color of an item displayed.

Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. DISCLAIMER ONLINE PURCHASES, SHIPPING & ASSEMBLY:
Piermont Bicycle Connection wants every bike and component we sell to arrive safely and perform exactly as it was designed to, whether you ride out of our front door or open a box at home. Because of that, the following conditions apply to any order that is shipped or otherwise not picked up and assembled at our store.
Bicycles, frames, wheels, suspension components, electronic drivetrains, and other technical products sold online are shipped partially assembled and are not in a ride-ready condition upon delivery. Any product purchased from Piermont Bicycle Connection that is not picked up and assembled in our store must be assembled, installed, and safety-inspected by a qualified professional bicycle shop prior to use. Final assembly includes, but is not limited to, torque verification of all fasteners, brake and drivetrain adjustment, wheel and headset bearing adjustment, and a complete safety check.
Certain products carry manufacturer requirements that assembly, installation, or service be performed by a technician holding a current certification from that manufacturer, and some manufacturer warranties are void without it. It is the customer's sole responsibility to identify these requirements and to select a shop that is able to accommodate them. Piermont Bicycle Connection is happy to advise on these requirements upon request, but we do not warrant the availability, certification status, or workmanship of any third-party service provider.
If a customer elects to assemble, install, modify, or service a product themselves, or has such work performed by an unqualified party, they do so entirely at their own risk. Piermont Bicycle Connection assumes no liability for any injury, death, property damage, product damage, component failure, or loss of any kind arising from or related to improper assembly, installation, adjustment, or use. Such work may also void the manufacturer's warranty, and any resulting damage is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, store credit, or warranty consideration through Piermont Bicycle Connection. Assembly and service performed by a third party is not covered by, and does not extend, any complimentary service included with an in-store purchase.
